The 60 Hour Pre-License Course is required to obtain your Iowa Real Estate License, along with 3 other required courses. This 60 Hour Course is the only pre-requisite to the exam. This can be done online in a self-paced computer module (no instructor), or in a LIVE on Zoom setting, where full attendance is required as mentioned in the courses below.
