| Description: | This is ONE of the THREE 12 HR required courses in addition to the 60 HR Pre-License Course. Find the dates that best fit you! In these courses, we will cover the following: LISTING PRACTICES: Where to find listings, listing consultations, marketing & staging of listings, the closing process and the real estate market. BUYING PRACTICES: Where to find buyers, buyer consultations and agency contracts, the buying process, the closing process and the real estate market. DEVELOPING PROFESSIONALISM & ETHICAL PRACTICES: In this class we write a business plan, review DISC Behavioral Styles and review the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics and Pathways to Professionalism.
